The CIHR Team in Child and Youth Injury Prevention (STAIR C&Y Team) is a unique collaboration of interdisciplinary researchers and partners who have a common purpose—to generate new knowledge for stakeholders who develop and deliver policy and programs, and advocate for children and youth in Canada.
Year 1 Report Sent to CIHR
A summary of a year’s worth of Team activities went to CIHR in September 2011. It impressively included progress reports on all studies, and lists of leveraged activities, national and international collaborations, and knowledge translation activities. In our first year, our Team produced 23 project specific presentations/lectures, 3 posters, 14 peer-reviewed publications, and 9 reports/technical reports. We also included 9 students on projects.
